East End Boxing Club is a safe haven for physical training and mental conditioning, laying a foundation of life skills that reach well beyond boxing. We're a source of inspiration for trainees of both genders, youth through adult, who believe adversity is beaten with determination, perseverance and hard work.

Summer Opportunities

The Summer Experience empowers youth to be the best possible version of themselves through fun, leadership opportunities and character-building experiences. Five programs for one price — boxing, basketball, football, modeling, arts and field trips.

Ages 7–15. Weekly sessions run mid-June through August with team and trust building exercises built in. Spaces are limited, so call to register.

Coach Pat is the owner and director of East End Boxing Club. He's developed a safe haven for youth to cultivate experiences, channel anger and increase protective factors.

Coach Pat and his team are AMI & EBA approved in RVA and surrounding counties.

Where trauma meets skill

In My Corner supports youth as they explore trauma and develop alternative ways to channel the emotion attached to it, building healthy connections with self and others. Boxing molds skill, discipline and determination — the perfect recipe to defeat obstacles.

Mitigating trauma means providing support through difficult circumstances. Trauma-informed care recognizes the presence of trauma symptoms and acknowledges the role trauma may play in a person's life. Our trained staff guide members in exploring alternative solutions.
